Simao's pursuit of knowledge led him to Escola Infante Don Henrique, where he obtained a bachelor's degree in port management. This academic achievement laid the foundation for his understanding of the maritime industry, complementing his deep-rooted connection with the sea.

Driven by a thirst for adventure and a desire to share his passion, Simao embarked on a new journey. He ventured to London, where he became a surfing coach at 'The Wave.' In the bustling city, he not only rode the waves but also nurtured the skills and enthusiasm of budding surfers, passing on his love for the sport.

Now, Simão has returned to his hometown, ready to embrace a new challenge. His goal is to contribute to the family's legacy by developing Ulisses Sailing, a venture close to his heart.
